Just listed! Lots 23 & 29 combined, have a good amount of usable, buildable land. Lot 23 includes a brand new wonderfully crafted, live edge, all wood, tiny tree house like structure, overlooking 160' of the ever-so-beautiful Ellijay River. Surrounded by a wrap-a-round deck, with a large hang out area out back, and spectacular views of the river below. Step inside and check out the solid wood doors, including a large barn door for privacy, exposed wood ceiling beams, all tongue and groove walls, and real wood floors. Large windows provide spectacular views of the river from inside. Put on your hiking boots and venture out on the primitive walking trail that leads down to the river. Fish, kayak, tube, or hang a hammock up in the trees and just relax. Nothing but the sounds of the river passing you by. Adjoining lot 29 has a driveway and large home site already graded, a custom built well house (w/water) and power. This lightly restricted, NO HOA, community even allows RVs. With plenty of flat level ground up by the road for parking. This property is located near Cherry Log, which is perfectly positioned between two of the most popular mountain communities in the North Georgia- Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more. With plenty of outdoor activities to keep you, your family, friends and guests entertained indefinitely. Like the Benton MacKaye hiking trail, Hice Branch Falls (Waterfall), the Bigfoot Museum, Whitepath Creek Distillery, Whitepath Golf Club, Ellijay River Vineyards, Antique shopping and more. Almost all paved roads until you get to the entrance of this community. Then take the windy gravel road following alongside the beautiful Briar Creek through the canopy of trees. Tour this rustic mountain community to see the covered bridge, old barns, well-kept mountain homes, and deer and turkey that run wild. Both lots have water and will have power soon. Includes an approved 4-bedroom septic permit in hand. Please call today for additional information or to schedule your viewing today! Just listed!
