Property Description

Bring your vision! Situated on a beautiful lot, this property offers an opportunity for a cash buyer ready to take on substantial repairs and restore the home's potential. The upper level includes a bonus room, while the basement offers two flex rooms and a garage. Recent improvements include a roof replaced in January 2026 and exterior painting completed within the past six months. The property has suspected foundation concerns, including sinking on one side of the garage and a slab cracked through the middle, with possible related issues affecting the adjoining basement wall. Basement moisture and mold require remediation. The extent of structural repairs needed has not been determined. The pool's operating condition is unknown, and all utilities are currently off. CASH BUYERS ONLY. Property is being sold AS IS as a short sale, subject to lender approval. Due to its current condition, traditional financing is not an option. All buyers must sign a waiver before entering the property. Buyers should independently evaluate the property's condition and repair needs.
