You Can See 6 Homes In One Saturday Afternoon! What is the Saturday Tour of Homes? An easy, hassle-free way to see several homes in one Saturday afternoon. What is the benefit to me? You can quickly & easily get an overview of homes within your price range. There's nothing like seeing it with your own eyes! How does it work? On Saturday, we conduct a tour of 6 homes. The tour begins at 12:00 noon. You can tour all 6 homes, or meet us at any home on the tour. What if I am late? Please don't be late! There will be many other buyers on the tour, and showing times are exact! Please feel free to drive by the homes before the tour begins. What if I really like a home on the tour? We can arrange a private showing, perhaps even later that day. Is the Saturday Tour of Homes like a typical open house? No! We've found that traditional open houses are uncomfortable for everyone, ineffective, and don't sell homes. The Saturday Tour of Homes is designed to be efficient for buyers & sellers.
